- To schedule your 15-minute telephone Intake Session, begin by filling out the short form below and clicking "Submit"

- On the next page, click the link to schedule your 15-minute Intake Session. Once you choose your date & time, click "Finish" to complete your submission.
Step 3:
- Attend Your Intake Session (by Phone)
One of our Certified Reps will call you on the date & time that you chose. The Rep will obtain some basic information & then schedule a time for you to speak with one of our Certified Credit Counselors who will review your full financial situation.
